We took a group of our Abbotsleigh Care Home residents to our local Millbrook Garden Centre for a coffee and a little look around recently.
We were joined by a few family members and we had a nice look at the Christmas decorations and lovely plants together – we were even very lucky to meet a reindeer in the snow!
There was also a delightful miniature wonderland set up for visitors to admire, which was very Christmassy.
The cake selection was delicious; we had a few slices of lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and a nice carrot cake.
What a wonderfully festive outing!
