The Paris Olympics has inspired us to keep moving here at Abbotsleigh Care Home.
We recently welcomed Henry from Physique Fitness in to get our blood pumping to some brilliant tunes and we’ve also been playing hover football (a flat football which glides across the floor) which is always good fun and gets our competitiveness going!
Lastly our ladies and gents tested their aiming skills with a beanbag target game – aiming into holes worth different points. It was very funny and our residents enjoyed taking turns.
