We had a wonderful boat trip on the ‘Kingfisher’ last week with a group of our residents from Abbotsleigh Care Home.
What a relaxing time, journeying down the Medway river, passing through two locks which was very exciting! It was wonderful to take in all the views and local wildlife.
Our ladies and gents all enjoyed our morning tea aboard, and a lovely picnic at lunchtime.
This was our first trip since the start of Covid, so it felt extra special to be out and about enjoying our local surroundings and each others company.
