We stretched and got our muscles moving to some wonderful music with the lovely Henry from G-Fitness last week here at Abbotsleigh Care Home.
Henry always gets us motivated with his lovely jazz music and funky beats.
Our residents were very active and enjoyed the fun atmosphere – and we all felt revitalised after the session.
