Tuesday 13 February was Shrove Tuesday and we were keen to get tasting here at Abbotsleigh Care Home, as who doesn’t love a pancake?!
We chose our toppings and even flipped a few pancakes ourselves, to give our Chef’s arms a rest! The bunny rabbit was an extra special pancake, almost too good to eat!
“Mix a pancake,
Stir a pancake,
Pop it in the pan;
Fry the pancake,
Toss the pancake —
Catch it if you can!”
