The daughter of a resident here at Abbotsleigh Care Home is ‘braving the shave’ on Saturday 14 September and having all her hair shaved off to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Beryl hopes to visit us at Abbotsleigh on Friday 27 September during our Macmillan Coffee Morning, to show us her new ‘do’!
We are so inspired by her for doing something so brave, and raising money for such a brilliant charity. She has already exceeded her £150 fundraising target, but we’re hoping to spread the word so she gets even more!
