We all had a great time ‘Carry on Camping’ in Scotland here at Abbotsleigh Care Home on Thursday 23 September.
We started our day off with a bowl of Scottish oats and then went sightseeing to see if we could spot the famous Loch Ness monster Nessie – try as we might we couldn’t find her!
Kevin Walsh came to visit and provided some fantastic musical entertainment (complete with his Scottish red hair and hat!) and some of us danced a jig or two.
We also shared some games and enjoyed Scottish shortbread, tea cakes and a ‘wee dram’ of whiskey.
Thankfully our tent didn’t blow away!
