We were delighted to have the wonderful singer Kevin Walsh at Abbotsleigh Care Home on Thursday 24 November, performing a set of his songs for our residents.
He got the whole room singing along with his fantastic voice and engaging personality.
It was Ruby’s birthday so we all sang ‘Happy birthday’ to her and she was lucky enough to have two cakes! One was made especially by her daughter, which brought a big smile to her face. Many happy returns Ruby!
After all the fun, a couple of residents had a nice cup of tea in our coffee shop.
What a lovely day!
